Detail:
PVCs have been frequent to semi-frequent mostly caused by exertion or by rolling over in bed to left or right side. Sometimes associated with chest pain and light headedness, have been through multiple EKGs, echocardiograms, stress echocardiogram, holter monitors, CT scans, doctors say everything is normal except mild unobstructive atherosclerosis in coronary artery.
Attempting to reduce or eliminate PVCs with Esselstyn diet and application of CPAP for undiagnosed sleep apnea, results so far: poor to moderate.
Alcohol seems to be a problem, can reset weeks of progress with only one night of drinking, must abstain.
