Have experienced on and off PVC's however in late 2013 - 2014 noticed an increase and my first mulitple (continuous skip or flutter) but it only lasted maybe 5 times.

Started to retain water and could not walk more than a few steps. Went to ER and was held while tests were run. Turns out I was in congestive heart failure and had to have open heart surgery (bypass). EF was 13%. Was in hospital for about a month. PLEASE let me impress upon anyone reading this that the PVC's are NOT directly related to my Ischemic cardiomyopathy and Congestive Heart Failure. I believe the trauma brought on the frequency but any trauma to the body could have done that.

A year following my surgery (it tok a year to fully recover) multiple PVC's in a row started happening more often and did so in an increased rate for the next 6 months. They occurred when I over ate, during stressful times, when I was tired (before bed and after waking up in the morning). The only help at this point was to exercise (aerobic) throughout the day (in 10 minute increments as needed) or strength training with thera-bands. I will note that I had gained weight BM went to 32 from not smoking and eating too much. This could have something to do with sharp increase as well. A 30 minute aerobic workout once a day (walking) also helped. This did not completely remove the occurrences but made them manageable.
