not sure what i should put as pvc level - is 0 good? or bad? I am having about 6-10 per minute, just diagnosed. On the stress test they disappear when I am exerting myself, I have them when I am not in exertion.
Right now,I barely notice them and try not to think about it too much. I know I need to quit coffee, i am down to 2 half cups a day. I was a 4 cup coffee a day drinker for years. Drank lost of alcohol too. I think by quitting both and trying to reduce stress I may be able to get this under control... the question is can I do it.
