Changed diet/lifestyle totally. Eliminated ALL processed foods. Already didn't do wheat gluten due to allergies. Also went vegan. So... No meat, no dairy, no processed foods, no wheat. I eat plants. Plain and simple. Fruit, Veggies, Seeds, Nuts, Berries, Beans, Rice, Quinoa, etc... Lost 60 pounds over about 6 months and started feeling a LOT better, but STILL had the PVC's. Eventually took up jogging in the fall of this year.
