One thing to note though with Berberine it is not a long term thing though. I believe max is 3-6 months but if it helps anyone is the short term well worth it.

Are you saying that you shouldn't take Berberine beyond 3-6 months in duration?

However Berberine has multiple interactions with medications and is contraindicated with low blood sugar disorders, kidney or liver failure.

Berberine is toxic and can cause cardiovascular damage in large doses.
