Only thing I can recommend that I have done to at least subside the feeling of them is to take 1000mg of taurine a day. 500mg in the morning or midday and one at night before bed. Also take magnesium glycinate, and eat a couple bananas a day. Hope this helps. I've been going through this for a couple years now. I know how it is, mine started from a panic attack and they felt like huge thuds like my heart stopped or something terrible. But after doing what i listed they feel like little flicks or nothing. So hope you get some relief. Also supposedly if you do some cardio and keep your heart rate 130bpm and over for 30 min a day for 6 months that can actually repair the electrical activity that is causing the pvcs. You can start seeing results at the minimum of a month. Maybe sooner. (this isn't guaranteed, everyone is different, it might work and it might not but at least give it a try, good for you no matter what) If you are already in good shape and run regularly and still get them than i dont know.
You need to take way more taurine then you are. I take most days 9 grams of taurine, but pretty much 8-10 grams every single day. Also One of the other things truly helped. I make sure to drink a large glass of low sodium v8 before bed as well. I prefer magnesium malate and I take 5 of those a day. Diet will help but the only thing that has truly made a difference is the taurine. I thought about adding in the arginine tried it few times but not much change with that. Winenuts post really holds true here I am pretty sure almost all of us low intercellar potassium, it took him 18 months. Eat Way more potassium and large doses of taurine, taurine will facilitate the cells affected and get more potassium in them. But Everyday I make sure to at least get as much potassium as I can but Taurine has been a real game changer.
