I just finished 24 hrs with a holter and I'll see my cardiologist for the results in 10 days. Most likely an echo after that.
If you didn't feel them you should consider you're self very luck. There can be some PVC's that can be tied to heart conditions but most likely you will not have any issue an be sent on your way. Just maybe take this as a sign though to integrate a little healthier lifestyle with more magnesium and potassium in my diet. I wish i could go back in time and eat healthier so maybe I could of avoided this horrid condition. Keep in mind though there are some people that get thousands of missed beats a day and never feel a single one of them! You'll be fine but like i said maybe take this as a chance to integrate some healthier lifestyle options. |
