I don't take any potassium supplements, but I tend to eat plenty of potassium rich foods. Sweet potatoes, avocados, spinach, bananas, white beans, yogurt, broccoli, coconut water and chicken breast are all part of my regular diet. I consume most of the items on this list daily.
I do take a magnesium supplement every morning. Right now I’m taking Rhythm Triple Calm which has magnesium taurate, glycinate and malate.
Does it help? I *think* so, but I started taking quite a few supplements all at once so I’d be hard pressed to tell you exactly what’s working for me. Right now I’m taking the following each morning: Triple Calm mag, taurine, arginine, CoQ10, sub-lingual B12, B-Complex, Omega 3's, a standard multi, and kelp. I don’t know what’s working, but I can tell you that one of these items, or a combination of them, has changed my life significantly for the better.
I think it's worth pointing out that while I did notice positive changes almost immediately after starting a supplement regimen, it did take ~one month before I realized I was going entire days without even thinking about PVC's.
