I’ve been taking supplements for about a month and a half. I started with SlowMag before switching to Triple Clam, and I was taking Taurine and Arginine 3x per day instead of once per day like I am now. I added the CoQ10 and the kelp a little later if I recall correctly.

I saw positive results almost immediately after starting supplements (several days) and went from having PVC’s nearly 24 hours a day to experiencing them sporadically throughout the day. Last week I barely had any PVC’s at all!

As for how long magnesium takes to work, from what I’ve read there are both acute and compounding benefits. So you may see some benefits immediately and/or over time, or not at all. I've also read that it's important to take a quality magnesium supplement that has good bioavailability (citrate, glycinate, taurate, malate, etc) and to avoid magnesium oxide. I'm not a doctor and this information came from internet research, so keep that in mind. Unfortunately I haven't read much on potassium and only recall that it's important not to take too much.

The history you describe certainly makes a good case for mineral deficiency, but a year seems like a really long time to wait to see results. I’m very impatient and make changes weekly if things aren’t working, but that might not be a good idea either, lol ??.

How long have you been on your current supplements?

SchwahUser Since: May 2018Posts: 13I've never heard of magnesium oroate but I just Googled it and it looks like a great option. I really hope it works for you, but if it doesn't it's worth trying something else. I've heard some anecdotal reports from people who had poor results with one supplement but great results with another.

Anxiety can be hell on PVC's. In fact, I had my first PVC's a year or two ago during my first real panic attack. My doctor has prescribed Xanax for me as well, but I'm like you in that I only use it during debilitating panic attacks. I probably only use 10 pills in a year.

Oh, and I'm from the United States, East Coast. Don't apologize for your English. I promise your English is much better than my Romanian :)

SchwahUser Since: May 2018Posts: 13Hey Sienna.

I'm sorry to hear how rough this is for you, and I can certainly empathize. PVC's can cast a shadow over your life and make every day and night just a bit worse. Over time that can wear on a person, right?!

I'm pleased to report that my PVC's are pretty much gone at this point. Or to be more accurate, I probably still have some PVC's but it’s been weeks since I've FELT a PVC, and that's a far cry from my previous experience.

I can only assume one or more of the supplements I've been taking did the trick, so I must have had a deficiency of some kind that's now resolved. I’m still taking the supplements but I haven't been taking them daily for about a month and a half. Instead I've been taking them 2-3 times a week and that seems to be working fine. If that stops working, I'll report back here and up my supps to 7 days per week again.

I've been experiencing some other health issues lately and my anxiety has been through the roof! I've been expecting my PVC's to return due to the crazy anxiety and near panic attacks but so far so good. Now if I can get my anxiety and other health issues resolved maybe I can finally move on with my life, lol.

Wishing everyone here a PVC-free life!

Have u been able to drink alcohol or are u just staying away from that all together? I really like Cymabalta if your looking for a good anxiety med. I take 60 Mg and it shouldnt affect heart rythm as it is a NSSRI.

At present, I am able to drink alcohol without any changes in PVC symptoms. When I was experiencing PVC's on a daily basis they seemed to be exacerbated by alcohol.

SchwahUser Since: May 2018Posts: 13Small update:

I've had a lot of gut-related health issues lately, and at one point I stopped taking supplements entirely because I feared they could be making matters worse. A week or two later I had my first noticeable PVC's in months. While this recurrence wasn't nearly as bad as my previous experiences, I was still getting five to ten per minute during these episodes.

I resumed taking my supplements every other day and the PVC's cleared up shortly there after. I still hesitate to make a definitive causal link between my PVC's and supplements but this is certainly more evidence of a relationship between the two.

My anxiety is back to baseline so I haven't pursued medication just yet, but I'll discuss the possibility with my PCP during my next physical.

Yeah If you can avoid medicine definetly do it, but when you really get anxious lorezapam works wonders and had no skipped beats with lorezapam. Xanax causes be more pvcs so messed up. I'm glad you have been able to game your pvcs, especially with how many you have thats pretty impressive. Maybe you'res had been a digestion issue all along, have you tried ACV, fermented foods or any blackstrapp mol*****?

DevnIVUser Since: Oct 2018Posts: 4Any update? I just found this site and honestly you have the EXACT same cause I had for my PVCs. Bout a couple years ago I took a high dose of LSD(stupid right?) and had a very intense horrific trip that made my heart beat very fast and that obviously sent me into a terrible unbelievably intense panic attack. Which resulted in a very heavy pvc and i literally thought i died lol. But to make a story short i just kept on getting them after that. Multiple ER trips with normal ekg results. I mean you know the story. But i ended up taking 1 gram of taurine and 150mg of magnesium chelate (very high quality magnesium) a day. That basically turned the huge thuds i used to get to little flicks if that makes sense. Just barely feel them now. But man oh man i get them ALL the time. I'm talking 15-25 a minute 24hours, every 3rd beat is a premature one.. As i'm typing this i'm getting them constantly. It's depressing, sometimes they will go away for a while and then come back. Sometimes they just stay for months, it's really random. I hate these so much.. I'm only 20 and these suckers have really messed with the way i live now. It's like im 20 goin on 80.. I want to try l argenine with taurine but supposedly not good to take for long term. So idk what to do. I get excercise, i eat plenty of bananas for potassium, my diet isnt the best but i cant find any correlation with it. I went caffeine free, msg free, alchohol free, no fried foods, i mean i tried it all and i was still getting them. I just want my life back..
