I’m including all foods, beverages, exercises, supplements, caffeine, stress events, PVC and tachycardia episodes/frequency, and the associated timing for all those categories. I have a full week logged which isn’t enough time to come to any conclusions, but I did notice one interesting thing.
I’m on my 2nd week of a regimen where I eat at or above my maintenance calories 5 days per week and fast for two non-consecutive days (as in near zero cals for ~36 hours twice per week). I’m not doing it specifically to curb incidence of PVC’s but I have heard reports that it can help. Anyway, I was looking over my log today and noticed that the only two days I didn’t experience ANY noticeable PVC’s were my two fasting days. Not conclusive by any means, but interesting none-the-less. I have another fast day coming up tomorrow so we’ll see how it works out. On my fast days I still take my supplements, drink plenty of fluids, have a cup of coffee of two, and drink lots of decaf herbal tea.
Aside from the two fasting days my PVC experience has been all over the place this week, with yesterday being the worst day since starting this supp regimen. I experienced light/infrequent PVC's increasing to heavy/frequent between 1pm and 9pm. By 10:00 they were gone. That's better than before, but worse than the new normal. Its been a much better today for whatever reason.
