Thank you very much for your quick reply.I heard that an electrolytes imbalance at the cellular level is hard to be put back on track.
The doctor seem to be relaxed as the blond test came back perfect on potassium, magnesium, calcium. But Winenut sau that blood tests are not concludent on these minerals. I am a bit worried în having 3500 mg of potassium per day, especially because the pill dosage is only 99 mg,so it will take around 30 of the for a proper dosage. Do you carry on with supllements?

I would try to get potassium from food vs supplementation, you need to be careful with potassium. Magnesium is fine though as our body will get rid of the excess magnesium. Try eating more fish, bananas, and greens. I get two bananas everyday to be sure i get at least 1000 daily but I might throw another one in here soon.

I would try to focus on food vs supplements myself. You need to be careful with potassium as you can throw your heart into abnormal rhythm with too much potassium. Start with a few bananas or maybe an avocado see how it goes.

Hi my mch says LOW. I don’t know what my Mcv is. I have pvcs and I’m trying to stop them couple months ago I use to purge after every meal so I was probably purging like 5-7 times a day. When I felt my heart flutter I stopped but I still have the skip beats. I never replenish my body afwith electrolytes after I purge I hardly drank water and to make things worse I use to use laxatives at night. I saw cardiologist and did echo and stress test and everything is fine but I still get pvcs I did blood work checked my electrolytes and it came back normal. That’s weird because like I said I never replace my body was electrolytes my magnesium level was normal range and potassium was 4.1 I’m confused I feel like I have an electrolytes imbalance but my blood work says others wise. Do you think it’s accurate or should I see a holistic doctor and redo test?

Hi there

How are your pvcs? Are you better now?I am asking because of a cronical digestive condition i used tones of laxative and they washed away all the minerals. Blood test showok for potassium, magnesium, etc.Do you have lots of the?

Do you know how long it was before after eliminating gluten you saw a difference or felt at least they were at bay? Its been a little over 2 weeks since I eliminated gluten and seemed to bring them down. I am eating 2 bananas a day hoping to get potassium up and 2 Source Naturals Magnesium supplements. I know it can take quite some time to get things in check i just like to know the time frame people see improvements or how long till they felt close to cured.

Hi bfrocks30. It took a few weeks of no flour/wheat/oats. I don't know what "gluten" is exactly. I just don't eat flour/wheat/oats or any flour/wheat/oat product and I stick to a healthy and light meat/vegetables diet, essentially Paleo. I go easy on the dairy and lay off coffee after 12pm. I take 400mg magnesium taurate and 65mg iron every day. I eat bananas/apples/OJ for breakfast and also drink a cup of tea or an espresso.

I think the problem is both electrolytes (not enough) and digestion. When I have indigestion I have PVCs. When I drink too much (which disrupts my system) I get PVCs for a few days. When I'm strict about my diet and lay off alcohol, the PVCs subside. That said, they can still come and go like they have a mind of their own, but I feel like I've gamed the system and it's working. When I'm not feeling my heart at all, I get a boost of energy and it feels great -- like getting 10 years younger. Those boosts are getting more regular. It's possible I drank too much in my 20s/30s and didn't eat very well, and it will simply take some time to tip the scales back the other way. It feels like that is happening.

Hi there

It is exactly as you said for me.By indigestion you me an bloating, gas, diarhhea or constipation? How can be this connected with Pvcs?by vagus nerve?
When they first started was electrolytes, now is indigestion and alcohol, if i drink oncea year is triggering them big time.
Do you think the things will seattle or is a lifetime comitment?
