In addition, I have pretty much cut out sugar with the exception of a half of teaspoon in my coffee each morning. Over this time frame my pvc's have been pretty much non-existent. Not sure if this is the reason why but I'd like to think so. I intend to eat this way going forward. I've had a few cravings over the last few weeks for some junk food but I've been able to hold my ground. Not saying I will not ever eat anything processed again but I'd like to go as long as I can especially after reading all the harm that comes from processed foods and sugar. Anyone here that eats similar? Would love to chat. |
