Basically, I have no symptoms when exercising. It only occurs when at a relaxed state. Sometimes when I have a bad case at night, I jump up and down for a couple of minutes and my rhythm syncs back to normal.
After a couple of nights with no alcohol, I decided to take a few drinks tonight to see if PCVs would occur. For three hours, I had absolutely no PCVs and it has greatly reduced for the rest of the evening when compared to other nights. With my upcoming holter monitor appt, I'm thinking about requesting a 48 hour monitoring period and testing it without alcohol on the first night and with a few alcoholic drinks the second night. Since no one knows what the hell causes PVCs with absolute certainty, has anyone changed their routine during monitoring tests to measure any significant differences? |
