I'm 35 and have had pvc's for about 10 months now, i feel a thump in my chest maybe every minute or so pretty much all day, a cardiologist said it was benign and nothing to worry about but that wasn't good enough because its still a very annoying feeling, so for the past 2 days i've been using 1g of taurine powder and 500mg of arginine and my pvcs have greatly improved day by day to the point where i hardly feel them at all. There are somethings to try that are posted here on the forum like magnesium and potassium as well as the taurine and arginine etc but also i found this post a good read with some of things that might help.
