Matte5738User Since: Dec 2014Posts: 4Hi everyone recently I developed pvcs went to dr had stress test echo blood work everything done pvcs cleared up when heart rate hit 120-170 dr told me to exercise everyday get my heart rate to 150 and leave it there for 30 mins and pvcs should go away but now after a week or so pvcs are craZy after the workout everyday was wondering if this has worked for anyone or do I need to see another doctor thanks

Ireland1User Since: Sep 2013Posts: 3Try Liquid Magnesium from Life Solutions ..3 tsps a day. Worked really well for me. Very ocassionally I have a PVC but it is SO much better now. Worked almost immediately. It is liquid so it absorbs better

rnhoodUser Since: Aug 2015Posts: 1My pvc's totally disappear when I exercise - which is usually cycling or swimming....and hard. But back at rest, they reappear. I've been tested and they are benign, in addition they are not that many. Probably about 250 per day. After going to bed, maybe 15 minutes or so, they also disappear. None when I"m totally at rest. No supplement ever worked.
