charlesjUser Since: Dec 2014Posts: 3I am curious as to what peoples thoughts are on caffeine and what role it plays in PVC's. I currently average 2-3 cups of coffee per day and I am wondering if I should eliminate it completely. My PVC's have come back after a few years of only having them once per day and sometimes go days without having any. I am now averaging one per minute and more at times. Should I eliminate caffeine completely?

walker1742User Since: Dec 2014Posts: 5I had pvcs for eight years. Each year they got worse even on medication. Caffeine never affected my pvcs. Sugar and fruit is what made them go crazy. I eliminated both and I am pvc free. If you want to get rid of the pvcs get sugar out of your diet and they will go away. Try it for a month and you will see how correct about this I am. Good luck and drop me a reply when you have tried this.

Magnesium and b12 help a great deal. I have very few now

Walker 1742 when you say "eliminate sugar" are you talking all sugars? So no fruit, candy, etc, basically anything with sugar you do eat? Sugar is in a lot of stuff.
