I've been reading here and elsewhere about many people having luck with magnesium as a treatment. I picked up some magnesium citrate pills at the store, and the "recommended dose" is two pills a day, which equals 250 mg of magnesium. That's 63% RDA, and I assume I'm getting more Mg through my diet. For those of you who are using magnesium, especially in citrate form, have you taken the standard 250 mg, or have you taken more?
I take 500 in morning and again each evening. Works better when i also take 1000mg of b12 |
