This is promising. Taurine and Arginine are both amino acids and from searches I have done, seem to show alot of promise is getting rid of arrhythmias.

So, for now, the possible cure is

Taurine and Arginine
Magnesium

if you still need more:
B-12
Coq10
Fish Oil

They found that adding 4 to 6 grams of arginine immediately terminated essentially all remaining pauses and premature atrial contractions."

from the above article.

One of the individuals was found to be having 25,000 PACs daily and another was having 21,000 PVCs daily. The premature beats were accompanied by episodes of tachycardia or atrial fibrillation. L-taurine supplementation reduced the number of premature beats by half. When L-arginine was added the number of PACs in one individual dropped from 25,000 to 100 per day. PVCs were completely eliminated and the episodes of tachycardia and atrial fibrillation ceased. The amount of L-taurine used ranged from 10 to 20 grams daily and the amount of L-arginine ranged from 3 to 6 grams daily. The total amount was divided into three or four servings and taken with meals and at bedtime."

update on how the arginine and taurine and magnesium taurate has worked.

Day 1: took 1000 mg of taurine, 500 mg arginine, 250 mg of magnesium taurate

Day 2: took 1500 mg of taurine, 1500 mg arginine, 375 mg of magnesium taurate

Day 2: pvcs already seemed to stop when standing up completely. Only had them when lying down or sitting down leaning back.

Day 3: 2g of taurine, 2g arginine, 375 mg of magnesium taurate. Same result. Pvcs seem to be eliminated when standing up and mostly eliminated when sitting down. They still occur somewhat frequently when lying down. Especially when changing positions.

Going to increase dosage to 3g -3.5g of taurine and 3g-3.5g of arginine. And 375-500 mg of magnesium taurate per day.

So, to recap: pvcs aka arrhythmias aka palpitations started out of the blue and were very frequent and constant. One every 4-15 beats.

Took taurine, arginine and magnesium. By second day they were gone when standing up. I'm going to research into why they occur more when sitting down and leaning back and why they really occur more when lying down.

So far, things look very promising. If they do not completely go away when lying down I will add the following supplements on top of the taurine, arginine and magnesium taurate:

I will add CoQ10 and perhaps fish oil and eventually vitamineral green if they do not go away completely.

Will continue to keep this updated.

Wanted to add this...the pvcs started out of the blue and went to doctor. They did an EKG and verified they were in fact pvcs happening constantly when the condition was first diagnosed. Wanted to clear that up.

I read the article on Taurine and L-argininge and decided to try. My result was "instantaneous". I was having some premature PVCs all morning and suddenly it went away for 5 hours after I tried 2 g of taurine and 1.5 grams of L-arginine the first day. The PVCs when lying down on bed vanished. the second day there were small occurrences of PVCs but no "thunmping" or disturbing palpiations.

I had PVCs 20 years ago and suddenly it cam back in November of 2014. I was scared but the results were normal. So I tried everything. I even tried the ayurvedic medicine, for heart called "hearstrong" and in the past it helped but this time it did not. I tried magnesium citrate and CoQ10 but no result at all. I tried apple cider vinegar but I had serious heartburn so I stopped. I trried yoga and headstands which helped for a bit but again the PVCs kept coming back.

Finally, I researched some more and tried the taurine and L-arginine. this one worked very quickly. I will post in a month to see if the PVCs are completely gone. So folks try this remedy for your PVCs.
