Day 1: took 1000 mg of taurine, 500 mg arginine, 250 mg of magnesium taurate
Day 2: took 1500 mg of taurine, 1500 mg arginine, 375 mg of magnesium taurate
Day 2: pvcs already seemed to stop when standing up completely. Only had them when lying down or sitting down leaning back.
Day 3: 2g of taurine, 2g arginine, 375 mg of magnesium taurate. Same result. Pvcs seem to be eliminated when standing up and mostly eliminated when sitting down. They still occur somewhat frequently when lying down. Especially when changing positions.
Going to increase dosage to 3g -3.5g of taurine and 3g-3.5g of arginine. And 375-500 mg of magnesium taurate per day.
So, to recap: pvcs aka arrhythmias aka palpitations started out of the blue and were very frequent and constant. One every 4-15 beats.
Took taurine, arginine and magnesium. By second day they were gone when standing up. I'm going to research into why they occur more when sitting down and leaning back and why they really occur more when lying down.
So far, things look very promising. If they do not completely go away when lying down I will add the following supplements on top of the taurine, arginine and magnesium taurate:
I will add CoQ10 and perhaps fish oil and eventually vitamineral green if they do not go away completely.
