PVCwimpUser Since: Feb 2014Posts: 1I have had them before. For a day or so. Only a few at a time. NOW! All of my waking hours are filled with these little gifts from Satin.

It feels like a horse is on the inside of me kicking. BP and halter tests however say I am fine. The Cardiologist tells me to hang in there. LOL.

I don't even know where to start. I admit to trying Tums and Emegren-c (this actully took the bite off of the PVCs for awhile, not working so well now)

Anyone have some ideas on where I should go from here?

Thanks in advance..

btw, I am about to turn 43, I am in decient shape, not the best though.

Cubsfan3User Since: Apr 2013Posts: 28Since you have been cleared by your cardiologist, I recommend doing a high intensity cardio workout. I find that interval training really helps me. Also, make sure you replenish your electrolytes, especially potassium and magnesium. I've been in your situation and it is not fun at all. Just know that eventually they will calm down.
