First of all I will tell you that I was suffering of anxiety since I know all my life!!! I was felling sporadic PVC's since 18. Now I'm 33 and I start to get bad PVC's 6 years ago. They Start without any reason or if I got very angry or had things that make me get nervous, maybe lot of exercise, cleaning, hot weather etc! I try relaxation, breathing, Brags Apple Cider Vinegar, cutting the MSG (that is good). But nothing happens. I got them and I tell you they was so hard, i felt that I will have a Heart Attack, I could get them like thousands a day, and last for 2 weeks every 3 to 4 months. Every day I felt them for 3 to 4 times. I visit 2 cardiologist they both send me to my house with holter they test me with echo, electro. They was negative Thanks God!!. The firs cardiologist put me on Beta Blockers, they dont help me!! My pulse was very high and PVC's still there. I took that for a year and the 2nd Cardiologist told me to stop taking the Beta Blocker (slowly) because it was unnecessary. Ok few years ago I start to be Vegetarian but I continue felling them.
UNTIL I found a way to CURE PVC'S it will work for all of you. If this don't help you YOU ARE MAKING SOMETHING WRONG. Ok I stop ALL PROCESSED FOODS and when I said ALL is ALL. All Bread (including whole wheat and another that said "gluten free"), I stop ALL CHEESE all kind of lactose (MILK) such as cheese, ice cream etc. Cut ALL MEATS they contain hormones and lots of antibiotics that will harm your body. I stop using anything that said MSG "Monosodium Glutamate" that is one of the mayor reasons, (Frito Lays, soups, cheeses, tacos etc etc) they have that in mostly all things there. Stop Sugar and Sugar substitutes Splenda etc, they are so harmful and increase PVC's, lots of cookies and juices even if they are not sugar free have this poison. DOnt use salad dressings, or COCA COLA, PEPSI OR ANY KIND OR SODA, BEERS, JUICES, CAN PRODUCTS.
AND THE MOST IMPORTANT DON'T EAT BREAD, EVEN THE WHOLE WHEAT, OR SEMOLINA, SPROUT, RICE ETC DON'T EAT THEM!! please don't do that. I don't know exactly the reaction of Bread in our bodies but that triggers my PVC's a lot! I think that they can put our blood ticker cause that is like a glue! PLEASE DON'T EAT EVEN RICE. MAKE A RAW VEGAN DIET IF YOU CAN OR A 70% RAW AND A 30% COOKED BUT ONLY WITH COOKED VEGETABLES AND NATURAL CONDIMENTS LIKE HERBS AND SEA SALT. NO TEAS, THEY HAVE CAFFEINE ONLY DRINK TEAS THAT ARE CAFFEINE FREE AND YOU CAN PREPARE AT HOME FOR STOMACH PAIN ETC.
CHANGE your toothpaste, your deodorant, stop coloring your hair, change for a natural color, change all things you was using to natural things, BUY MORE IN HEALTH FOODS,don't drink any additional supplements if you eat in this way you dont need nothing! Food Industry want to kill us please do this Please!!!! if you need help send your email I will help you but do that. Another thing that helps is that sometimes we tend to breath faster or shorter when we are anxious or stressed or maybe when we feel the PVC, when you feel that you are breathing fast or when you feel a PVC, change your breathing rhythm, just breath slowly and deeper. Dont breath very deep like when people make yoga just calm and relaxed, a normal breathing rhythm.
I dont feel any PVC for 6 months now,and I'm so happy I'm a new women. I lose weight I fell stronger I could walk or make anything. The first months you could feel some sporadic PVC's, is normal I feel them sometimes like 2 in a week IS NORMAL one day you are going to forget about them because they will not be there.
