ctcsmithUser Since: Oct 2013Posts: 5Has anyone taken Vitamin D? I recently had blood work done and my dr said my Vit D is VERY low... it was 19 and they want to see it above 30!

Of course I'm nervous it will make them worse!!! The B complex vitamin always made my skips worse!!!

PVCManUser Since: Oct 2009Posts: 228I found that after being in a sunny climate for a while, my PVCs almost disapeared. I wondered if it might have been the extra vit D from the sunlight.

So my point id, you never know, it might help.

ecsmithUser Since: Dec 2013Posts: 2I was taking Vitamin D when mine started. I stopped the Vitamin D a few months ago and my PVCs remain. Just my experience. I will probably start the Vit D again soon, as I know I need it.
