Andrew90User Since: Sep 2013Posts: 10Definitely keep us posted about your L-Carnitine supplementation. An hour ago I went to the Vitamin Shoppe and was going to purchase Kyolic 100 Aged Garlic Bulb Extracts, but got a weeks worth of free samples to try it out. Suzy Cohen mentions how there is so much data to backup the cardiovascular benefits of aged garlic. It's probably not the type of supplement to target PVC's, but in the long run it can help lower bad cholesterol levels and also keep blood pressure at healthier levels.

Another supplement that I am interested in is D-Ribose, which numerous sources have cited as being useful for mitigating ectopic heartbeats. Suzy Cohen and Dr. Sinatra both highly recommend this as a supplement for those of us who deal with PVC's and the like.

Let's continue to keep this thread alive. I think it could be a useful resource of anecdotal and scientific information regarding certain supplements for the alleviation of PVC's.
