Nothing like thinking you are having a heart attack to aggravate an already scary situation. I had an overnight stay in observation and a stress echo, bloodwork, the whole nine yards. Everything is fine they say, I have PVC's. My sister has them too which I didnt know and she takes a med for them. Ive felt them before but just a skip here and there. Now I get them every day, sometimes accompanied by lightheadedness. They always seem to start when Im driving a car or walking around. Its just the weirdest thing. Does anyone else have the same issue where it seems to be one activity or another that kicks them off? Im afraid to go for a long walk or work out now for fear that something bad will happen. I'm going to cut way back on alcohol and caffeine and see if it helps. Also scheduled for a sleep study as I may have sleep apnea and that can be a cause as well I hear. Frustrated. |
