Personally, I would recommend something in between. eat plenty of foods that are high in iron:
* Dark-green leafy vegetables, such as watercress and curly kale * Wholegrains, such as brown rice * Beans, Nuts * Red meat (Although I personally wouldn't depend on excessive amounts of red meat because of the other health issues)
I agree with Andy on this one. I started having Kale once a day and my energy is through the roof and the PVCs haven't occurred for 2 days now. (Hard knock on wood). |
