I think once you have eliminated any serious underlining problems (which I am sure will be the case), then you will be able to start thinking about options to try out.
Although many say they get PVCs intermittently, it’s highly likely many only notice them intermittently. So in your case it might just be that you are noticing them more than most people do, although I realize that statement may not be much of a comfort to you.
I have never taken beta blockers, and it is of course entirely up to you, but is it worth looking at other areas first? When you said you were diagnosed, how long had you been suffering before diagnosis? Are you aware of any changes in your lifestyle around the time you first noticed them?
One thing that might be worthwhile is to ask your doctor if you can have a blood test to establish electrolyte levels. Even perfectly fit and healthy eaters can get noticeable PVCs if they are suffering from something like malabsorption.
Let us know how you get on with the test.
